The traditional lingvistic manifestation called Days of Gabor Sarvas, devoted to development of Hungarian language in Vojvodina was held in Ada, lingvists both from Vojvodina and Hungarian participated. There was a seminary The role and position of Hungarian Language in the World, as well as the competetion of students of elementary and secondary schools in Hungarian language as a mother tongue in which tuitition is held in schools in Vojvodina. This manifestation was initiated in 1970 in Ada and it comprises a number of other cultural events. On a Otos Andras photo is a folk dancing group.

The ethnic groups living in Vojvodina are cultivating their national identitity with a support of the State. The Association for Ukrainian Language, Literature and Culture of Vojvodina have initiated in 1998 the First Summer School of Ukrainian Language and Culture Education held in the hotel on Iriški venac on Fruška gora. During the aggresion of NATO military forces, this hotel was ruined so the Government of Ukraina offered the Second Summer School to be held in Ukraina in the Recreation centre Vally in Carpathian hills. The school was attended by 94 young people in age od 12 to 20, on the picture near the Shapherd Cottage Shandra.

One of the less numberous minorities living in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, some eighteen thousand Ruthanians, are proud on rich cultural activities. In period from September 24^th to October 3^rd the Days of Yugoslav Ruthanians Culture are being held. This manifestation is incorporating Festival of Literature 6^th Kosteljnik’s Automn, the 31^st Drama Memorial of Petar Riznič Đađa and the 38^th Festival of National Culture Red Rose . The three manifestations are being held simultanously since eighter of them could not be organized this year in spring and Summer because of NATO aggression against Yugoslavia which took 77 days.
